چکیده

In this paper, we propose and study a diffusive HIV infection model with infected cells delay, virus mature abstract function incidence rate diffusion term. By introducing the reproductive numbers for viral R0 CTL immune response number R1, show that R1 act as threshold parameter existence stability of equilibria. If R0≤1, infection-free equilibrium E0 is globally asymptotically stable, viruses are cleared; if R1≤1<R0, CTL-inactivated E1 becomes chronic but without persistent response; R1>1, CTL-activated E2 response. Next, dynamic discreted system our by using non-standard finite difference scheme. We find global equilibria continuous discrete not always consistent. That is, or two kinds However, Finally, numerical simulations carried out to illustrate theoretical results effects factors on time-delay model.

Dynamics of a Hiv-1 Infection Model with Cell-mediated Immune Response and Intracellular Delay

In this paper, we consider a mathematical model for HIV-1 infection with intracellular delay and cell-mediated immune response. A novel feature is that both cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and the intracellular delay are incorporated into the model. We obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the global stability of the infection-free equilibrium and give sufficient conditions for the loc...

A THREE DIMENSIONAL HTLV-1 MODEL WITH INTRACELLULAR AND IMMUNE ACTIVATION DELAYS

In this paper, a three dimensional mathematical model for HTLV-1infection with intracellular delay and immune activation delay is investigated.By applying the frequency domain approach, we show that time delays candestabilize the HAM/TSP equilibrium, leading to Hopf bifurcations and sta-ble or unstable periodic oscillations. At the end, numerical simulations areillustrated.

Moving Mesh Non-standard Finite Difference Method for Non-linear Heat Transfer in a Thin Finite Rod

In this paper, a moving mesh technique and a non-standard finite difference method are combined, and a moving mesh non-standard finite difference (MMNSFD) method is developed to solve an initial boundary value problem involving a quartic nonlinearity that arises in heat transfer with thermal radiation. In this method, the moving spatial grid is obtained by a simple geometric adaptive algorithm ...
